Feelings
July 6, 2017: Consider a person's feelings before you say something. Consider the person's health before you say something. Perhaps there's a reason the person is always sick. Perhaps there's a reason the person is always moody. I've had many people tell me all my life that I'm always sick. It's not that I enjoy being sick because I don't. Nobody enjoys being sick. Nobody tries to get sick. I know I don't. I know when I'm sick and I miss work I don't make money. When I don't make money I can't pay bills, like medical bills. I have celiac disease. My body doesn't absorb nutrition and vitamins and minerals that I need in order to stay healthy. I have to take supplements just to try to make up for what I don't absorb.Hi Because I have celiac disease I also have a variety of other issues like osteoarthritis, anemia, skin issues. I've had to learn how to cook gluten free because it's not the same. I've had to research what products I can use on my skin because shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotions, and even makeup often times has gluten in it and it causes my skin to itch. I have to watch what medicine I take because oftentimes medicine is bound with wheat. I discovered that z-pack, which is an antibiotic, is bound with wheat, and a couple days after taking it, I start to have my typical celiac disease issues. Gluten-free products are more expensive and sometimes harder to find. Some gluten free products don't taste as good as others, and it was a trial-and-error with finding the ones that tasted better than the others. As you all know I also have PTSD and anxiety. So yes I am very moody at times. All of my issues combined together cause me to be very tired. I have insomnia due to the PTSD and anxiety.
Next time before you gripe to a person about how they are always sick or always moody or whatever, take into consideration that maybe they have some sort of health issues.
