Why Bother
March 22, 2019: I don't know why I bother repeating myself to some customers sometimes. Even when I repeat myself louder and clearer the second time they still ignore me. It was not due to a lack of being able to hear. It was a lack of respect and listening to me when I responded to their questions about stuff. Maybe I'm just irritable because I'm in pain or maybe it's just them. I don't know what to think or to say.
If you ask a question to an employee, shut up and listen to the answer the first time. Don't ignore the person and make them repeat it when they realize that you wasn't listening to the answer.
